The Hospitality Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch customer experiences at the Experience Center. This role oversees all hospitality operations including guest services, catering, environment readiness, and on-site event execution. The Hospitality Manager ensures every visit is seamless, memorable, and aligned with brand standards. This position plays a critical role in shaping the customer journey by creating a welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully curated environment from arrival through departure.

Key Activities:

Guest Experience & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary hospitality lead for all visits.
  • Create a welcoming, polished experience for all guests, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain a seamless visit.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align visit objectives with hospitality execution.

Catering & Food Service Management

  • Oversee all catering operations, including menu planning, vendor coordination, dietary accommodations, and presentation standards.
  • Manage catering kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of hospitality and catering spaces.
  • Ensure elevated presentation standards for executive-level dining experiences.

Experience Center Operations

  • Ensure meeting rooms and cafe are guest-ready at all times.
  • Manage room setups, event transitions, and on-site logistics.
  • Oversee inventory for hospitality supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with facilities and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

Standards and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and maintain hospitality standard operating procedures and service standards.
  • Track guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years hospitality, hotel, event, or customer experience management experience
  • Experience supporting executive-level or C-suite engagements strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
  • Ability to perform with only general instruction on new assignments with minimal direction
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels

The base pay range for this position is:

$69,710 - $95,854

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
