For our financial department we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Assistant.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility: 

• Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting SAP

• Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers in German

• Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices

• Supporting the team with other tasks

Your Skills and Expertise: 

• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details

• You can demonstrate at least A2/B1 fluency in German

• Good organizational and time management skills

• You have an active student status and you're available to work min. 20h / week.
