Job Overview
We are looking for a Leadership and Management Delivery Lead to oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of management programs across digital and blended learning formats. This role requires strong academic leadership, ownership of curriculum development, and extensive experience in an EdTech environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with faculty, instructional design teams, and enterprise clients to ensure high-quality program delivery and learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end academic delivery for Management programs (MBA, Executive Education, Professional Programs) in an EdTech setup
Design, review, and continuously enhance curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, and projects aligned to industry needs
Work closely with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, and program managers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Ensure academic rigor, learner engagement, and consistency across cohorts and platforms.
Drive continuous improvement in learner performance, NPS, completion rates, along with the Learning Operations team
Mentor instructors and academic teams on pedagogy, content delivery, and learner engagement best practices.
Customize academic content and delivery based on client, university, or enterprise requirements.
Stay updated on trends in management education, digital pedagogy, and EdTech innovations.
Required Experience, Skills, Qualifications:
18+ years relevant experience with postgraduate degree.
Prior EdTech experience is required.
Experience working with top universities or corporate learning programs. Exposure outcome-based education models and industry-aligned learning frameworks.
Strong grounding in Management domains (Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Leadership, etc.)
Proven experience in EdTech-based academic delivery and program management.
Excellent curriculum design, academic governance, and quality assurance skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
