Lyft is seeking an Executive Creative Director to guide the development and execution of creative materials (from large-scale integrated campaigns to channel-specific executions) from conception to production to build the revenue, market reputation and culture required for continuous growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Brand Marketing and Creative, this leader will foster a culture and environment conducive to producing bold experience-based ideas for the world’s greatest brands. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
