Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into effective technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and tools relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and identify potential integration issues early in the development cycle.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to ensure quality and traceability.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and business teams to validate end-to-end business processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
