Job Description:

We are currently seeking a People Services Specialist to join our team as we continue to expand our growing People & Culture Function. This role will help to support our global People Services team and employees around the world. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to support and transform our regional processes, enhance our operations, and provide excellent support to our employees. This role reports to the Manager, People Services Team in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management
  • Operate as primary resource for employee requests through internal ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Manage daily administration of employee data in our internal HRIS and various support systems
  • Support the growth of the EMEA People Services Center of Excellence
  • Support cross functional programs between operations, payroll and internal P&C teams, while creating opportunities to transform current processes
  • Assist in the transformation of the People Ops department through project-based initiatives as Zscaler continues to scale

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working in human resources is required, with added benefit if you have familiarity with People Operations or HR technologies
  • Experience with supporting employees through a ticketing software (i.e ServiceNow)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting HR functions across multiple EMEA countries
  • A passion for organisational culture, design the future of work and human-centric People strategies
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in another European language is an asset
