Part Time 3 days contract/secondment to June 2025

Do the work that matters

This is a newly created part time role supporting the Executive Manager, Client Experience and Senior Event Manager along with the broader Client Experience (CX) team.

As our Event Coordinator, you’ll be a direct member of the Commonwealth Private Client Experience (CX) team which belongs to the broader Network Operations and Support team. The role will support the delivery of a range of client events as well as be responsible for the administration functions within the CX team.

Your role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end event delivery as well as executing the necessary administration functions to ensure seamless event outcomes and manage risk.

You’ll relish working at pace in a deadline driven environment. You’re comfortable and confident to communicate with business leaders and stakeholders at all levels internal and external to the group and you are no stranger to thinking on your feet! You’re known for your time management ability and will be comfortable producing quarterly reporting on Commonwealth Private client events.

More specifically

  • Support the Senior Event Manager on the end-to-end event planning and execution process
  • Work to event timelines, goals and budget - following appropriate Group processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across the Commonwealth Private business and broader CBA Group.
  • Produce quarterly event reports and outcomes for the relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external event agencies, suppliers and venues.
  • You should be available to work onsite at agreed events which may fall outside of traditional work hours.
  • Work with regional Executive Assistant roles as part of the event support process.
