Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Assist GM, OAS to manage and foster relationship with Accountant General (AG) of Malaysia and its agencies, for their Cash Management requirements.

2. Assist GM, OAS in ensuring that all internal and external customer’s queries and needs are attended and carried out accordingly.

3. Supporting day-to-day operations related to Connect GOV (a tailored internet banking facilities to AG’s), Kastam GST Collection and other agencies i.e. JPA, KWAP, JHEV, LTH, LZS, MDHS and PPZ

4. Assist GM, OAS in ensuring the salary payments for AG’s, State Governments and LHDN are being monitored and processed within the SLA.

5. Assist GM, OAS in preparing related project documentations such as Change Request (CR), test scripts, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other related documents for the products.

6. Conduct testing related to changes in Connect GOV, e-Payment, BDS and other related systems that impacting customers.

7. Assist GM, OAS to manage & conduct product training, briefing and consultation to customer on-site or online.

8. Assist GM, OAS to submit reports to other business units which related to the products.

9. Assist GM, OAS to manage new customer on-board registration process into the system, by ensuring all documents and information are sufficient to proceed

10. Assist GM, OAS to ensure business activities and services rendered are in compliance with the Shariah Governance Framework, BNM Rules and Regulations and Bank Wide Operational risk requirements.
