What will you do?

As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed HSE excellence into every phase of project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated approaches to HSE monitoring and implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate with contractors to monitor compliance with safety, health, security, and environmental requirements across construction projects.
  • Support project teams in reviewing and enhancing HSE management systems and performance.
  • Review and approve contractor HSE plans, method statements, and related documentation.
  • Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide assistance in operation and implementation of our Management System
  • Provide assistance in managing our Management System to ensure continual conformance to Aurecon and ISO requirements
  • Responsible as secretary of Health and Safety committee
  • Provide assistance in operation and implementation of the occupational health and safety aspect of our Management System
  • Ensure site security, fire safety, first aid, and welfare facilities are in place and compliant.
  • Set a high personal example in promoting a culture of safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting weekly safety reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for maintaining and monitoring stock levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure availability and compliance on site.
  • Promote & Forter Safety, Health, and Environment and Well being awareness and a proactive safety culture through providing HSE training, campaigns, and recognition programs etc.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits and inspections Conduct regular risk assessments, audits and inspections for both office and project sites for both office and project sites.
  • Lead wellbeing programs to support mental health, ergonomics, and overall employee resilience.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and coordinate emergency response plans for workplace

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

  • Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) roles, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Thailand HSE regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
