This role is a key member of the China Legal Team, primarily supporting pre-sales activities and post-contract management, while also collaborating with functions such as Project Management, Finance and Procurement. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal and contractual advice that enables the company’s sustainable growth while safeguarding its interests. As part of the global Legal and Compliance team, the role contributes to effective risk management and supports the company’s long-term success.

Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting pre-sales and post-contract management, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives and risk profile, while seeking supervision in complex matters.

Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Project Management, Finance, Procurement) on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and dispute-related matters.

就合同解释、风险分配及争议处理等事项，为内部相关团队（包括销售、项目管理、财务及采购团队）提供务实、可执行的法律建议。

Support internal contract approval processes and contract handover to ensure proper governance and compliance.

参与公司内部法律培训活动。

Monitor and advise on new legislation and government regulations.

负责公司内部合同审批流程及合同交接相关工作，确保流程合规、有序推进。

Support the delivery of legal training initiatives:Assist other legal matters, including corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, and litigation, as required. Support the management and processing of external law firm expenses.

根据业务需要，协助处理其他法律事务: 分子公司法人事务管理、劳动用工、知识产权及争议解决等事项。协助管理外部律师事务所，并配合处理相关费用及日常对接事宜。

Tasks and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in law. 法学本科及以上学历。

Admission to the Bar is preferred. 具有律师执业资格者优先。

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at a well-established law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel at a multinational corporation.

具备至少 5 年相关工作经验，曾在大中型律师事务所，及/或跨国公司担任律师或法律顾问相关岗位。

Strong understanding of business operations and effective cross-functional collaboration within an organization.

熟悉商业合同相关的法律概念、行业惯例及实务操作流程，能够独立处理具有一定复杂程度的法律事务。

Prior experience with regional sales and construction project–based business models is strongly preferred.

具备区域性销售支持及项目制业务模式相关经验。

Broad expertise in the relevant area of specialization, demonstrated through the successful handling of moderately complex assignments.

对企业整体业务运作及跨职能协作模式具有良好的理解能力。

Solid knowledge of contract concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to independently manage matters of moderate complexity.

在相关专业领域具备较为扎实的知识基础，并具备独立处理一定复杂程度的项目的能力。

Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
