Description -

This position is part of EMEA Supply Chain Operations team and for PS (Personal Systems) covering commercial desktop and consumer operations with strategic partner. Analyst goal is to support senior owners of end 2 end process for all different flows within EMEA PS reverse Supply Chain.

Analyst is accountable to drive strategy which defective material should be returned for further disposition and manage associated warranty nonrecovery costs. This position is also in charge of defective budget composition and its follow-up analyzing all trends of WNR (warranty non-recovery) cost per various patterns like billing reason, commodity, etc.

Analyst will lead control tower for complete SC  flows and decision maker.

Job specifics/responsibilities/accountabilities and deliverables

  • Business Analysis:
  • Business analysis for all defectives material sent to OSSP​
  • Monitor key operational parameters driving material optimization​
  • Define, implement and monitor corrective actions to reduce costs​
  • Defectives flow monitoring ​
  • Finance:
  • Understand and make analysis of cost buckets (NFF, repair, credit, scrap)​
  • Month-end closure– monitoring of volumes and spend.
  • Cost predictability based on kpis trends​
  • Invoicing mgt – control of correct flow of invoices​
  • Budget closure and forecast ​
  • Key Metrics:
  • Cost: WNR, DMR, scrap rates, e2e TAT​
  • Finance: interventions, acknowledged volumes, return rates​
  • Material: mix, excess, yield, wty rate​
  • Partner Management:
  • Regular metrics follow-up​​
  • Support business partner mgt/business account manager
  • OSSP point of contact if any issue with return to vendor process

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/engineering/logistics preferred

Other requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills (advanced Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent presentation skills (advanced Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent written and spoken English  
  • Capability to work with external partners – cooperation, negotiation
  • Experience in a multifunctional environment
