What would you do? The Performance & Advisory (P&A) team drives outcomes like profitable growth, high quality forecasts & annual plans, controlled spend & optimized cost, and cutting-edge data analytics and visualization techniques across the DTEs.
P&A is formed by members of the following teams:
• Accounts & Portfolio Performance (A&PP)
• Forecasting & Planning (F&P)
• Payroll & Cost Capability (PCC)
• Revenue & Demand Capability (RDC)
Finance background MBA finance/CA/CMA only.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review financial reports
2. Collaborate with cross functional team
3. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
4. Develop thorough working knowledge of more than one functional area
5. Development and maintenance of documentation on projects and team assignments
6. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
7. Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
8. Manage team workload and resources effectively
9. Performs tasks related to:
i. Reporting to various entities,
ii. Update and manage various trackers
iii. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
10. Ability to work on Strick deadline on day-to-day basis
What are we looking for? 1. Bachelor s degree with major in Accounting, Finance is required.
2. 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis and reporting
3. Account reconciliation knowledge/experience is a must.
4. General knowledge of business and accounting principles and practices.
5. Strong Problem-Solving skills and can work with minimum supervision.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge and SAP experience preferred.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in team management and leadership.
9. Ability to work at a fast pace and/or handle shifting priorities.
10. Ability to understand processes in a larger context to look for improvements and efficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
