We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Program Delivery Specialist to lead the coordination, execution, and optimization of cross-functional, multi-country HR initiatives across the EurAsia region. This role is essential to ensuring the successful delivery of organizational transformation efforts and enterprise HR priorities, including M&A and integration projects, in a highly matrixed and evolving environment. As an individual contributor, you will drive the day-to-day execution of HR projects, bringing structure, discipline, and agility to complex initiatives. You will leverage data, technology, and modern ways of working to enhance efficiency, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and deliver impactful outcomes that support the organization’s strategic objectives.
This is a remote role with a regional scope across EurAsia.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support coordination and execution of cross-functional, multi-country HR initiatives across the EurAsia region, including organizational transformations and enterprise-wide priorities
  • Drive day-to-day project activities (planning, tracking, documentation, follow-up), ensuring alignment to strategy, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes, using agile principles and tools
  • Translate strategic HR priorities into structured roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and deliverables, partnering with HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence), such as Talent, Rewards, ER (Employee Relations), DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT)
  • Provide project management, coordination, and execution support to Senior HRBPs, while enabling HR teams through coaching on agile ways of working, project discipline, and digital tools
  • Coordinate and support HR activities across the MA&D (Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures) lifecycle and organizational transformation initiatives, including integration planning, organizational design, workforce transitions, and change management
  • Support governance, prioritization, and risk management by tracking interdependence, risks, and issues, and maintaining key performance indicators, dashboards, reports, and performance insights
  • Leverage HR systems, data, and artificial intelligence tools to support execution and decision-making, while contributing to knowledge management, best practices, and reusable frameworks for consistent HR delivery

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in HR project coordination or management, HR operations, transformation support, or related roles within a matrixed organization
  • Foundational knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data, with interest in emerging artificial intelligence applications within HR
  • Understanding of change management principles and their application in organizational initiatives
  • Creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset in HR delivery
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and comfort working in environments of ongoing change and ambiguity
  • Ability to work across geographies, cultures, and functions, with strong organizational, stakeholder coordination, influencing, communication skills, and ability to navigate a matrixed organization
