The Salesforce Health & Safety program leads with care while empowering our employees to work safely through our innovative and engaging safety, compliance, preparedness and response programs. To achieve this mission, we are looking for a technically skilled, passionate, and trustworthy professional who is willing to take calculated risks to support and innovate our health and safety programs.
The Health & Safety Project Coordinator is a global role based in San Francisco. This position will report to the Health & Safety Program Manager and be responsible for executing on the CAREforce program vision, further enabling all employees to care for their safety and the safety of others through inspiring communications and resources. They will also be responsible for ensuring alignment within the H&S team by supporting several of our H&S technology initiatives and our program documentation.
This role will be an Office Flexible role based in our San Francisco office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute on the global CAREforce health and safety employee engagement program vision. This includes:
Deliver internal marketing campaigns
Manage the digital presence of the CAREforce program including website, Slack, Concierge, etc…
Coordinate the global CAREforce Ambassador program
Executes global H&S trainings and events through our Learning Management System. Creates, sends, and monitors enrollment.
Sets global employee engagement event expectations and supports global team in delivering events in all major Salesforce offices.
Conduct stakeholder feedback surveys and sessions to identify successes and areas for improvement
Project management - Supports global campaigns and keeps H&S team accountable, tracks and presents on engagement KPIs, etc…
Supports key H&S technology initiatives, such as EPM (our emergency program management tool), and is the point of contact for data visualization in the H&S team.
Maintain employee-facing resources, including CAREforce program documentation, BaseCamp Articles, CAREforce website, etc.
Supports employee care programs, including employee wellness check-ins with International SOS, case ownership via Peopleforce, and more.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Overall experience of 1 year in health, safety & preparedness program management or related services
Ability to communicate effectively and provide leadership during high stress situations.
Proficient in Google Suite (docs, sites, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED:
Experience working in a Health and Safety or related position
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and use of our business solutions
Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographies
Previous marketing experience a plus
