The role is part time: 21.5 hours per week
5 days a week, two days with MCB
Three Days branch only hours:
Tuesday – 9:30 – 1:30pm
Wednesday– 9:30 – 1:30pm
Thursday – 9:30 – 1:30pm
Two days Branch and DB hours:
Monday – 10.30- 4pm with 45 min unpaid break and DB from 2-4pm
Friday - 10.30-4pm with 45 min unpaid break and DB from 2-4pm
You will be joining our Atherton Multi-Channel Branch
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
Between 9:30-1.30pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
After 1.30pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
More specifically, you will:
Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries
Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through our direct channels
Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs
Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement
Be provided with continuous training and development to support your career aspirations
