Senior Manager, Field Analytics
Position Overview
As the Field Analytics Senior Manager, you will have the strategic ownership of analytics direction across the International region and enable data-driven decision-making by overseeing field reporting, performance dashboards, and actionable insights across the commercial organization.
This role includes direct engagement with VPs, General Managers, and senior commercial leaders, as well as leadership of multi-country analytics initiatives aligned with international growth. You will also collaborate with commercial, finance, sales operations, and analytics partners to deliver insights that improve field execution and support strategic objectives.
Your leadership strengthens decision-making, enhances commercial effectiveness, and ensures alignment with operational priorities.
Responsibilities
Design and Oversee Field Reporting
• Define and evolve the long-term vision for field analytics aligned with commercial strategy.
• Oversee enterprise-grade reporting systems delivering actionable insights to field leadership.
• Lead commercial storytelling frameworks that turn complex data into compelling, decision-driving narratives.
• Ensure reporting adapts to market conditions, organizational changes, and customer dynamics.
• Lead international standardization of reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across markets.
Drive Data Governance and Operational Excellence
• Define and maintain data standards, definitions, and reporting practices in partnership with global teams.
• Oversee processes for data validation, quality assurance, and audit readiness for field-facing analytics.
• Establish scalable governance operating models supporting risk mitigation and long-term stability.
• Drive cross-market harmonization and operational excellence across the analytics ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Influence
• Act as the strategic interface between analytics and sales, finance, operations, IT, and commercial leadership.
• Build communities of practice to elevate analytics capabilities across the international commercial organization.
• Represent field analytics in leadership forums to support alignment and strategic decision-making.
• Engage directly with VPs, GMs, and senior leaders to shape analytics priorities and influence commercial strategy.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts supporting international markets.
• Define priorities, manage workload, and ensure alignment of analytics outputs with business goals.
• Build a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee resource planning, skills development, and succession planning across the analytics function.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Significant experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial insights roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, commercial data systems and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Strong and proven experience in analytics or commercial operations, including international exposure.
• Strong and proven experience leading small to mid-sized teams and international programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate in complex global environments.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret complex sales and field performance data.
• Ability to optimize field structures, resource allocation, and territory design.
• Proven governance and compliance mindset ensuring accuracy and auditability.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex analytical concepts.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment
• Ability to define analytics strategy, governance frameworks, and capability models across markets.
• Strong executive storytelling and influencing abilities for VP/GM-level engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, finance, HR, and analytics teams to ensure sales operations strategies are integrated and impactful

• Travel up to 25% based on business needs.
