Job Description:


This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Overview:

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery while also providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to other colleagues to support their development and strengthen overall team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal
  • Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage the financials and assist with resource planning for the program
  • Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong understanding of Project lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira / Agile boards
  • Moderate experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to successfully track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and KPIs
  • Experience managing risk and issuing resolutions
  • Must be able to work across multiple technology, risk, and business teams
  • Stakeholder management- work with senior leadership and multiple business lines
  • Present complex info clearly to leadership
  • Cross-functional coordination- align tech, risk, compliance, and business teams
  • Change management- support adoption of new systems/processes
  • Strong problem-solving & adaptability skills, must be able to handle shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teammates through knowledge sharing, guidance, and coaching, contributing to overall team effectiveness and successful delivery outcomes
