该岗位为全新设立，旨在推动白内障超乳业务在高质量发展。作为连接晶体与设备业务的关键枢纽，该岗位将统筹资源、整合渠道、搭建学术平台，并支持团队专业能力建设，助力业务协同与生态圈拓展。

核心职责：

• 业务统筹与渠道整合
  • 制定并推动大区超乳业务发展策略
  • 整合现有渠道资源，提升市场覆盖效率与协同效能
• 学术平台与生态圈建设
  • 搭建并运营超乳相关学术平台
  • 维护并拓展与KOL、医院、行业协会等生态圈伙伴的合作关系
• 团队专业能力建设支持
  • 赋能一线销售团队，提升其在超乳跟台、科室会等场景下的专业能力
  • 协助制定培训内容与实战支持机制

岗位要求：

• 教育背景：本科及以上学历。
• 行业经验：
  • 具备医疗器械、眼科、晶体或设备类产品的销售经验者优先
  • 有渠道管理、学术活动策划或生态圈合作经验者尤佳
• 能力素质：
  • 快速学习能力，能迅速掌握超乳相关产品与市场知识
  • 跨部门协作与影响力，能有效推动资源整合与项目落地
  • 生态圈建设能力，能建立并维护多方合作关系
