As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will develop the core skills and knowledge for a career in Sales and technology. They are often the first point of contact for prospective clients looking to better support their goals through our product suite.
They are responsible for laying the foundations for our sales team to engage and fully realise each opportunity. Working closely with both our Business Development Reps, and Account Executives who cover a breadth of industry and specialty verticals including ESMB, Professional Services, Financial Services, Marketing, FMCG, Enterprise, FMCG and more.
Day to day you will:
Qualify leads ranging from inbound calls, chats, website downloads, content syndication from third party websites, and webinars
Driving meeting and engagement opportunities
Building trust and credibility across internal and external partners
Champion event registrations and attending those events
Develop your knowledge and practical skills through our structured onboarding, coaching and tools such as “Trailhead”
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer curiosity about our suite.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organisation
