What We Offer

Nasdaq is now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our global team. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan providing on-site support for a key Market Technology Customer. You will be working within an already established team of for 3 local TAMs in Tokyo and 1 remote TAM in Stockholm.

In this role, you will be critical for the on-site technical delivery of our services. Furthermore, this is a great opportunity for you to bring your drive, results-oriented, and innovative mindset to meet and exceed Nasdaq’s clients’ expectations. What You Will Do

  • Responsible for on-site technical support services towards the client according to the Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA).

  • Own and coordinate clients’ incidents and ensure that they are monitored, regularly updated, and resolved.

What We Expect

  • Academic degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience.

  • 6+ years of work experience, preferably as a TAM, TOM, Service Manager, or a Project Manager.

  • You are client-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to liaise with different departments, business teams, and clients at all levels.

  • Good knowledge of capital markets and trading / Trading systems with prior experience in a technology company is desirable.

  • Excellent knowledge of modern software design and development techniques and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
