By joining our Mission Solutions business, you will be a member of a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that streamline the preparation and execution of intricate, mission-critical operations. We focus on enhancing situational awareness, tactical command and control, and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic, multi-domain environment.

General Management roles in Ultra lead and manage the operating and financial performance of the business and ensure that the development of talent and succession is aligned to the strategic plan.
Management Support and Communications personnel provide support in their areas of expertise.

The management support function in Ultra provides effective and efficient administrative support, which may include diary management, travel and accommodation planning, expenses reconciliation, meeting arrangements and minute taking.
Administrative roles in Ultra provide support to a business or function. This support might include general office management, answering phones, speaking with clients, assisting a manager and clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), or a variety of other tasks.
These roles perform a range of clearly defined procedures, and will typically be considered skilled through on-the-job experience. Resolves routine issues without supervisory approval. Has developed skills through formal training and/or work experience.
