Job Summary:
Has understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Requires basic working knowledge of principles and practices of area of specialty. Responsible for quoting renewals on assigned accounts. This position will work closely with sales to ensure all business is placed appropriately. Follows up on requests and inquiries, makes updates to documentation, and maintains accurate records for assigned accounts.  Follows-up with all carriers for status of quotes and forwards all requested info to underwriters. Obtains and logs in quotes. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).

This person will be assisting Marketing and Customer service in various activities including but not limited to:

• Policy Reviews – Confirm policies and forms match sold rates, coverages and deductibles.  Communicate variances to Account Managers, correct sold specs and request corrections on any changes needed from the markets.

• Monthly Reports – Confirm calculations of premium, insure prompt payment, communicate reports to markets

• Audits – Track all policies that require a year end audit and work with Producers and Insurance companies to process final policy audits.

• Benchmark Reports – Update losses and compliance ratings.  Work with customers that have telematic reports that detail driver performance.  Create reports for customer presentations by Producers.

They will interact with Account Managers, Producers and Insurance Companies and/or Wholesale Markets.

Ideal candidate possesses:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Excel and Word

• Good communication and interpersonal skills working through issues on the above items.

• Understanding of policy language, rates and exposures
