Your responsibilities and deliverables will include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding and supporting the strategic roadmaps for the Central Technology Office.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders, internal customers, and subject matter experts to ensure project and/or program milestones are successfully achieved.
  • Assisting in technology training and communications to foster employee development.
  • Developing and administering tools to assess and measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement; implementing changes to ensure and enhance program integrity.
  • Collecting and preparing materials for executive committees.
  • Collecting and summarizing executive summaries and project reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting in collecting remediation plans and evidence for enterprise technology risks and compliance.
  • Understanding Finastra policies and applying the concepts to awareness and training.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • At least one (1) year of work experience related to Project Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Marketing, Communication, or Risk / Information Security / Compliance Awareness & Training or educational equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s of Arts or Sciences degree preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications, or related majors.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of audiences from peers to executives.
  • Executive presence and professionalism.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and accountable.
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting technologies (e.g., MS Teams).
