The Crown Is Yours

As a Project Manager on our People Team, you’ll join an incredible group working together to build innovative experiences for everyone at DraftKings. By collaborating with key stakeholders within the People team, you’ll gather data and perspectives while developing project plans, schedules, and timelines. Using influence and clear communication, you’ll drive critical initiatives to completion that impact the growth and development across the organization.

What you’ll do as a Project Manager

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm priorities and dependencies of all deliverables and ensure expectations are being met. This includes initiatives that support the Performance, Total Rewards, Engagement, Development, and Retention of talent across DraftKings.

  • Provide regular project health summaries regarding project status, action items, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders regarding actions and deliverables for their team, including actions in place for addressing any open issues.

  • Work with team members to identify, define, and document best practices and decisions made.

  • Ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly

 

What you’ll bring   

  • At least 4 years of experience supporting HR or the people function within an organization.  

  • A customer-centric focus for building strong relationships and managing stakeholders.

  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration for people programs and building alignment around a vision. 

  • Ability to explain complex concepts or problems of varying content, style, and form to fit the needs of diverse audiences. 

  • Expertise in scoping new projects or initiatives and developing and managing project plans, schedules, and timelines.

  • A proactive approach, turning ideas into action, problems into opportunities. 

  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity are norms.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
