Based in Singapore, the Senior Product Manager, Product Experience, will report to the Product Lead of Product Experience. We are looking for a team player who is motivated and will own the strategy and execution of the translation services within Viki.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the product ownership of designing and delivering higher quality translations in an efficient and scalable manner  from developing a product strategy, roadmapping and execution across the product development lifecycle to deliver business impact. Lead and support in building and iterating on translation product features to provide better experience for users on Viki and internal users of the service. Responsible for the entire product feature lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.

  • Partner key stakeholders across the business and engineering to identify and prioritize major problems and opportunities to build an aligned backlog. 

  • Responsible for working with the product managers within the product teams to define end-to-end user journeys, identify dependencies and prioritize initiatives by incorporating relevant data and user research as part of the process.  

  • Develop clear product specifications, detailed user stories, success metrics and go-to-market plan with key business stakeholders, Demonstrate strong ability to break down large problem spaces leading to viable problem hypotheses for rapid execution and prototyping. 

  • Balancing the feature delivery and product quality bug/incident fixes. Partnering with the engineering team in sprint planning and managing development milestone tracking, production rollout and post-production iteration. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business or any relevant specializations. 

  • Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience and has demonstrated strong logical and product thinking across product management and software development lifecycles. Content and metadata  localisation experiences preferred. 

  • Experience in crafting clear product requirements and collaborating  with UX designers to develop wireframes and mock-ups effectively to support business requirements. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with strong oral and written communication skills to interact and influence both Business and Engineering stakeholders. 

  • Proven track record of solving complex problems, and delivering successful products through agile approach, consistently exceeding user expectations. 

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a diverse working environment.
