Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Security Delivery Specialist to support the planning, implementation, and delivery of cybersecurity services across Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in automation solutions through PowerShell Scripting, Python, Selenium. This role blends AI solution architecture with security architecture and is ideal for professionals who bring together deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a passion for trustworthy, ethical innovation. They will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions for internal stakeholders or clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected security solutions and support delivery from design to deployment. - Own the architectural vision for enterprise-wide AI and ML platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with MLOps, engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud security teams to develop standardized, reusable, and secured AI infrastructure components. - Lead efforts to design and enforce secure AI development workflows, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. - Deep understanding of secure development practices, identity and access management (IAM) for ML workloads, model versioning, and auditability. - Coordinate with engineering, operations, and risk teams to ensure consistent and secure delivery of services. - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of security services. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Selenium, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning. - Deliver security automation solutions using Power Shell Scripting, Python and Selenium with a focus on Machine Learning, AI solutions and Cloud Security practices. - Experience with scripting (PowerShell, KQL), infrastructure-as-code, and automation tools. - Hands-on experience with SIEM, including query development, alert tuning, and automation with Logic Apps. - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Experience working in delivery frameworks such as Agile, ITIL. - To identify and automate manual efforts which are part of audits and service improvement activities within the team. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat management. - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. - Proactive mindset with a focus on security service quality and consistency. - Able to manage requests, incidents and changes on ServiceNow as per service management process. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), Power Shell Scripting, Python and Selenium - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required. - Industry certifications preferred in Cloud AI (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, GCP ML Engineer)
