The candidate will be responsible for overseeing: The role will have heavy involvement in business plans, forecasts, and coordination with local and regional counterparts including finance and Senior Management Team (SMT) members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive agency growth and expansion in line with the company's vision and goals.

  • Lead and oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the agency's market position and competitive advantage.

  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business development, including expansion into new markets segments and product offerings.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to agency leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive the digital transformation of the agency, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance performance and efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers, to support business growth and sustainability.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management on progress and outcomes.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and strategic adaptation to evolving market conditions.

  • Lead and oversee the Sales and Promotion team, driving initiatives to increase revenue, sales effectiveness, and customer acquisition.

  • Manage the Agency Compensation team, overseeing the design and implementation of compensation and incentive programs to motivate and retain agents, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, promotion, and compensation strategies with overall business plans, ensuring alignment with regional best practice guideline .

  •   Drive the forecasting process, analyzing market data, industry trends, and historical performance to develop accurate and insightful projections for business growth, sales targets, and revenue generation.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on forecast analysis, contributing to informed decision-making and resource allocation to maximize business opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Engage with local finance teams to ensure financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking are aligned with strategic objectives, providing financial insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Work closely with Senior Management Team (SMT) members to align strategic direction with overall company goals, providing strategic insights and updates on agency performance and initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional counterparts, local finance teams, and SMT members to ensure coherence and alignment across departments and organizational levels.

Requirement

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business performance analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, data visualization tools, and SQL.

  • Shall have extensive sales compensation reports knowledge.

  • Solid leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Detailed-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
