Ensure efficient deployment of standard business processes & applications
Deploy standard business processes & applications within sites and shared services.
Train & support business users.
Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation.
Provide an efficient support in Supply Chain, Sales and Purchasing applications (SAP SD, MM, PP modules / Edi / Webedi / PuMA / e-Proc/ Customer Referential)
Collects business needs and best practices
Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards.
If necessary specify and implement local solutions to cover local needs.
Exchange and capitalize best practices with other business application analysts.
Deploy standard processes & applications
Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications
Ensure the 2nd level of support & escalation process to the Shared Services Center
Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation.
SAP change management, Transport Orders validation, Evolution request validation
Collect logistic, sales and purchasing business needs and share best practices
Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards.
Exchange and capitalize best practices with others Business analysts in Thailand
Management
Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services
Provide high quality management information on customer service levels
Ensure all expected site KPI are reporting on time (ZCHR,TO backlog,..,etc)
Discuss needs with sites in a non-technical language and answer inquiry from business users
Receive system issue report from business key users, investigate root cause, resolve and feedback
Work with other IS colleagues (Site IS and SSC) to resolve issues
Proactively follow up issues and anticipate issues
Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications
Support site Key Users in acceptance test evolutions
Organize & participate to regular reviews with business networks
Measure payback and benefits though physical indicators
Follow subsequent progress of business indicators in line with project IAR.
Continuous Improvement
Promote CCIP Meeting to train Key User, Update on latest news.
Propose training paths for Key Users. Train in Comp@ss domains.
Coordinate with functional network trainers.
Train & support business users.
Organize local documentation vs Group documentation available
Plan & Do C1000 audits in the perimeter for the site within 3 years.
Follow-up of C1000 site actions plans after audits
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information System
3-5 years of SAP experience in the SD,MM module (PP is a plus)
Knowledge in EDI protocol is a plus
Experience in project operation & support in large scale or enterprise
Experience SAP roll out at least 1-2 Cycle (Optional)
Strong ability to solve problems and be customer focused
Ability to work in a high demand environment with multiple priorities
Very team oriented and cooperative
Good command of English
