Main Responsibilities:
⁃ Identify market and customer needs for services, align them with the company’s mid and long-term goals
⁃ Research markets and competitors to ensure the best value proposition
⁃ Manage entire product lifecycle — from ideation through launch, to continuous improvement
⁃ Take full ownership over the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Ajax Services. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnD stakeholders.
⁃ Analyse, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance
⁃ Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach in feature development, ensuring minimal risks and time to market
We’re looking for:
⁃ 3+ years of product management experience in tech products, preferably with a focus on recurring revenue model
⁃ Proven track record of delivering successful products that drive revenue growth
⁃ Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have:
⁃ Experience with products that have comprehensive interaction with hardware devices
⁃ Knowledge of the security products market or a related area
⁃ Technical background
