Mission: As a Regional Business Unit Merchandising Intern, you will support the RBU merchandising team in executing the seasonal product offering for S2 26 and the start of S127. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding the nuances of the Footwear business (specifically Kids), including product selection, visualization, and presentation strategies to support the regional growth plan. This role will get direct exposure to both the ART (product selection) as well as the SCIENCE (business analytics); both of which critical to a successful merchant mindset. Major Accountabilities: Learn and follow the Merchandising Go-to-Market (GTM) process, timelines, and systems. Assist with day-to-day merchandising data management and visual tools using Vibe IQ. Manage and organize product samples. Develop understanding of sell through analytics using spotfire reporting. Support research on marketplace trends and competitors, gathering data to assist with product positioning and identifying new opportunities. Provide feedback and suggestions based on digital marketplace data and consumer insights (e.g., Circana and Commerce IQ). Requirements: Currently pursuing a B.A. in Business, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. Experience in corporate communications or retail is a plus. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have positive outlook, be a team player with a strong desire to learn more about NB product and the merchandising function

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $25.15 - $31.45 - $37.75 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule
