Role Purpose The Client Finance Manager is a senior leadership role overseeing client accounts and leading the finance team. Serves as financial liaison between JLL Operations and Clients, responsible for implementing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

What this job involves:

Strategic Direction & Management • Provide strategic financial advice to JLL teams • Support Client's financial managers and exceed financial expectations • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

Relationship Management • Develop and manage client relationships ensuring expected service levels • Coach and manage team for high performance and morale • Develop succession plans for finance team roles

Budgeting and Reporting • Coordinate finance team activities across EMEA • Ensure accurate, timely financial information and reporting • Produce annual budgets with JLL and client teams • Deliver Client's approved financial reports regionally

Data Management & Audit • Ensure data integrity and system controls • Maintain audit-worthy financial accounting and reporting • Train finance staff on financial systems

JLL Reporting • Balance Sheet and P&L reporting with variance analysis • Ensure robust financial controls and SOX compliance • Manage cash flow and optimize finance processes

Invoice Payment & Processing • Manage timely payment of operating invoices • Process JLL invoices and monitor Client receivables

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Customer service orientation and EMEA/international experience essential

  • 3-5 years similar position experience with international teams

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics + Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) • Experience managing 2-5 people

  • Strong leadership, strategic and detailed financial competency

  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven with excellent planning skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
