We operate multiple manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY , Stanton KY, Winchester, VA and our newest location in Henderson, NV,  that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.

  WHO YOU ARE:

  Framebridge is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team for our peak season hiring. As a Contract Recruiter you will be responsible for leading staff recruitment efforts related to (but not limited to) posting, interviewing, assessing application and other duties related to employee recruiting. Prior experience recruiting for a seasonal workforce is a plus. This is a great role for someone who is excited to work in a startup environment and build a great team.

   

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  Provides support and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate site talent acquisition process, which will include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.

  Timely and professional collaboration with other department leaders, managers, and human resources to draft job posting details, accurate job descriptions and other hiring criteria with the emphasis on great candidate selection.

  Actively solicit qualified candidates by posting job openings on various job sites, and other platforms.

  Screen candidates at the initial stages and assistance with candidate selection

  Schedule interviews

  Assist team in screening resumes.

  Schedule calls and interviews.

  Conduct phone and/or in-person interview and candidate screens.

   Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.

  Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews.

  Use company software to keep track of open roles, and candidate details.

  Send out all bulk emails and other solicitations (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork.(e.g. offer letters)

  Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.

  Reach out to local schools and community resources to source qualified candidates.

  Work as a liaison between Framebridge and staffing agency partners.

   

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in high volume recruiting.

  Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate, when appropriate.

  Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

  
  

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/Administrative experience.

  Experience recruiting for seasonal talent.

  Experience with Workday is a plus.
