An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Home Loan Specialist to join our fast paced 95 William Street Branch on a full time basis

As our Home Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through initiating needs-based conversations across all products and services including home loans. You will do this by:

• Holding needs based conversations with our customers, building genuine long-lasting relationships
• Providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments
• Taking ownership and actioning all home loan applications that come through to you
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively retaining customers through conversations via outbound calling initiatives
• Participating in community engagement and business development events 

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Experience and skill set in lending is desirable, but not essential  
• The ability to work autonomously and keep up within a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Strategic business development experience with proven experience in growing a portfolio
• Prior experience identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
• Sound knowledge of competitor products and services
