The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as a SCM Summer Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact

• You will support PL team to manage supplier contracts (categorize, chop use, scan, upload etc).

• You will support PL to consolidate TW supply-base data in Ariba (contract, risk assessment, certificate etc.)

• You will support PL to do supplier qualifications (questionnaire preparation, follow-ups with Suppliers etc.)

• You will support PL to maintain docs hardcopy (order acknowledge, etc.) and other SCM related supports.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree.

• Good in Office Word & Excel & power point.

• Good in interpersonal communication.

• Working carefully is must.

• Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
