Introduction

Responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations that support the sales organization and broader business. This role combines process & workflow design, people management, cross‑functional coordination and performance monitoring.

What you’ll be doing? 

Team management

  • Supervise and develop small team; set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

  • Ensure team delivers proactive & responsive support to the sales team.

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales support activities.

  • Lead communication and alignment on priorities, change rollouts and system upgrades according to company directions (e.g. ERP, CRM and SAP upgrade).

Order processing & administration

  • Manage order processing for devices and consumables, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support for the sales and service team, including order data entry and document filing.

  • Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to arrange deliveries and follow up on shipment status.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, sales support or customer service roles; at least 2 years in a peo-ple‑management role.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in processing devices & consumables orders

  • Proficient with ERP, CRM and SAP systems and strong Excel/data-analysis skills

  • Experience in managing & implementing ERP, CRM and SAP system upgrade

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all sales process stakeholder (e.g Vendors and customers)

  • Problem solving skills coverting issues into practical solutions

  • Leadership: proven ability to coach, motivate and develop small teams

  • Customer focus: commitment to high service levels and timely issue resolution

  • Operational excellence: detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Self-motivated and good team spirit
