Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs. You will engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide problem-solving solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team and making team decisions, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and implement SAP ABAP applications - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards - Troubleshoot and debug SAP ABAP programs - Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with ABAP - Experience with SAP development tools and technologies - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A BE or Equivalent degree is required
