Summary:
This role leads hands-on data migration to SAP S/4HANA using Syniti ADMM (or Syniti ADM as an accepted alternative). The consultant will design, build, and run Syniti-based ETL processes to extract, transform, and load legacy data into S/4HANA. They will own data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution. The position is highly execution-focused, requiring someone who can contribute from day one and collaborate closely with SAP functional and business teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Syniti ETL jobs/workflows for extract, transform, and load
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with control totals
- Partner with SAP functional SMEs to validate business rules and secure data sign-offs
- Document migration approach, runbooks, load procedures, and error-handling steps
- Ensure performance, auditability, and compliance of migration processes within Syniti
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- Must have 3+ years of overall data migration/ETL experience
- Must have 1-year recent, hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM (Syniti ADM experience may be considered as an alternative)
- Must have practical experience delivering data migration into SAP S/4HANA
- Should have strong ETL fundamentals (extract, transform, load), data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation
- Understanding of data quality and data governance concepts
- Ability to start contributing immediately and work independently with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
