Aplo is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

As an Operations Analyst at Aplo, you will:

• Oversee high-touch trading desks and ensure smooth trading operations.

• Manage asset listings and monitor market events to maintain service continuity.

• Handle settlements, address system alerts, and enhance operational processes through risk controls and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Trading: Support trading desks, manage inventory, and contribute to product improvement.

• Trading Universe Management: Assess asset requests, manage asset lists, and monitor market events.

• Custody and Brokerage Support: Assist with settlements, resolve incidents, and maintain knowledge base.

• Reporting and Risk Management: Perform reconciliations, conduct controls, and manage projects for process improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge: Familiarity with financial markets and a strong interest in crypto.

• Skills: Prioritization, resource management, Google Sheets/Excel proficiency, and problem-solving.

• Behavioral Skills: Rigor, ownership, analytical mindset, effective communication, and a desire to learn.

• Languages: Fluency in both English and French is essential
