We are seeking a collaborative and innovative Lead Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications.

• Execute tasks including technical design, code development, documentation, unit and integration testing, and bug resolution.

• Collaborate with team members on code reviews, infrastructure enhancements, and process improvements.

• Store, retrieve, and manage data related to web applications for transactions and reporting purposes.

• Provide occasional off-hours support for production problem resolution when required.

• Generate and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

• What You'll Need:

• Previous work experience in developing websites
• Must have a sustained track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Must demonstrate a strong technical competency in an environment that values quality, commitment, growth, and innovation
• The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking member with 8+ years of strong web development experience in Microsoft .NET Technologies for mid to high-scale internet websites along with strong DB development skills in any RDBMS
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and .NET Design Patterns
• Experience with code management tools
• Experience with Source code management tools – GIT/SVN
• Experience working in an Agile Environment
• Experience with website performance testing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
• Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
• Communication skills to work effectively with team members and other teams include QA and infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work in multiple time zones and as a part of a team
• In-depth working knowledge of:
  • Cloud Experience - GCP, Azure
  • Git, SVN
  • C#,VB.NET,ASP.NET  - .NET Core
  • WCF, Web API
  • React JS, Node Js, Angular, JQuery/JavaScript css3
  • Oracle, MS SQL server, PGSQL
• Experience working in mobile app development
• Act as mentors for new and junior web developers
• Ability to plan and execute small projects independently coordinating with PM, QA, and infrastructure trams
• Work together with colleagues on code reviews, integration testing, internal infrastructure and process improvements
• Assist in production problem resolution as needed, including occasional off-hour support
