So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone with emotional intelligence, communication skills, critical thinking, and drive to make an impact on our team. In the Senior Enablement Specialist role, you will primarily support our business services sales team along with working cross-functionally with adjacent teams like sales engineering, renewals, business development, etc.
This includes:
Constantly upskill the team across key areas by creating and delivering training content across multiple channels and delivery methods
Regularly align with enablement teammates and stakeholders across the business
Work with our technical enablement specialists to educate the team about new product developments
Build and maintain an onboarding journey for Sales Engineers and Customer Success Engineers across technical skills, soft skills, product knowledge, and internal systems
Work with management to establish and maintain processes across the team.
Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
Work with existing enablement team members to maintain your team’s Learning Management System courses and assets
Support the team to meet and exceed their Key Performance Metrics across categories like:
Quota Attainment
Deal Velocity
Average Deal Size
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in either Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
LMS experience, ideally Mindtickle
Experience creating engaging enablement and learning content across multiple media
Excellent demonstrable skills across
Communication
Critical Thinking
Drive
Emotional Intelligence
A genuine passion for helping people grow and develop as professionals and as people
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and delivering an onboarding experience for a sales, support, or customer success team
Experience building or driving personal growth and development programs to grow a teams’ skills outside of their core competencies
A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure the performance of enablement materials and connect them to key business outcomes
Industry knowledge in Accounting, Legal, Finance, and other client-centric businesses
