Job Summary

Italian Red Hat's Field Marketing team is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the local strategy, while driving the development and execution of impactful in-person and digital campaigns in Italy.
 As a Marketing Specialist, you'll support the creation of quality experiences to engage with our Italian customers, partners, and internal audiences, generating brand affinity, awareness, and demand for Red Hat solutions. You'll support business goals for net new logos acquisition and account expansion by orchestrating the execution of multiple projects with local and global teams.

What will you do:

  • Create quality experiences to engage with different audiences.

  • Orchestrate execution of in-person and digital campaigns.

  • Align with business goals and design integrated strategies.

  • Generate curated content and coordinate speakers for events.

  • Manage platforms/tools for campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media, and events.

  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects.

  • Plan and execute major Italian in-person and virtual events, as well as customer engagement activities, aligned with business priorities across various industries and segments. Events include Summits, Workshops, Account-Based Marketing, Webinars, and more.

  • Be a consultant for Italian and EMEA stakeholders, recommending the best formats for in-person campaigns and for digital campaigns.

  • Define the audience acquisition strategy and work closely with the sales team to create an integrated 360º plan.

  • Create and develop high-quality experiences to interact with customers and partners at different stages of their journey.

  • Work closely with local sales teams (enterprise and commercial) to support key events, as well as with EMEA Marketing teams to execute executive engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate the creation and localization of content deliverables for events, including emails, landing pages, and newsletters.

  • Measure event results according to KPIs and deliver reports to various stakeholders.

 What will you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in an IT company for a similar role in executing in-person and digital events (5+ years).

  • Excellent project management and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.

  • Proven knowledge of marketing tools.

  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Ability to travel to cover local events.

  • Native Italian speaker with a good level of English.

  • Experience in marketing, event management, and campaign orchestration.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various local and global stakeholders (marketing, sales, presales, consultants, etc.).

  • Ability to design end-to-end physical and digital experiences to amplify local coverage.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects to achieve marketing and sales goals.
