Zakres obowiązków:

• Zarządzanie pracą zespołu w obszarze odpowiedzialności Mini Spółki
• Kierowanie zadaniami Mini Spółki
• Podejmowanie działań podnoszących zaangażowanie pracowników
• Dbanie o motywowanie zespołu i pozytywną atmosferę w pracy
• Terminowa realizacja produkcji z najwyższą jakością
• Realizacja celów Mini Spółki
• Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów
• Współpraca z działami wspierającymi (np. Planowanie, ME)
• Ciągła praca nad poprawą wydajności i jakości pracy zespołu

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie średnie
• Umiejętność obsługi komputera (pakiet MS Office)
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole i przekazywania zadań do wykonania
• Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
• Dyspozycyjność
