Role Overview: HR Services Coordinator 

Richmond, VA | In office, Monday-Friday 

 

The HR Services Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle by delivering high quality HR Services support and providing execution of the company’s relocation, immigration and global mobility program. This role serves as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and partners closely with corporate centers of excellence and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR and mobility operations.  

 

Responsibilities 

 

Relocation & Global Mobility Support 

  • Provide operational support for candidate relocations, including entry of approved packages and allowances into Workday and vendor systems. 

  • Initiate and manage mobility processes including documentation, benefit administration, system updates, and candidate outreach.  

  • Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure consistent application of mobility benefits in line with company policy.  

  • Manage the mobility team shared inbox, trackers, and cases, to ensure timely responses and positive employee experience. 

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support audits, compliance requirements, and inquiries. 

 

Core HR Operations Support 
 

  • Serve as Tier 1 support for employee inquiries (parking, access, AskHR), ensuring timely triage and resolutions 

  • Process parking enrollments, waitlists, updates, and standard employee communications. 

  • Coordinate access and parking changes (hires, transfers, role updates) with Security; escalate exceptions as needed. 

  • Maintain accurate tracking and records for parking, access, and employee requests. 

  • Partner with Security, Facilities, and HR Services to resolve issues and administer subsidy program compliance. 

  • Process HRIS (Workday) transactions, including promotions, transfers, bonuses, worker movements, and one-time payments. 

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and employee outreach. 

  • Support payroll readiness, audits, reporting, and data integrity activities. 

  • Monitor HR operations to identify risks or exceptions and escalate appropriately. 

  • Support contractor lifecycle processes and workforce changes with Procurement and hiring managers. 

  • Assist with HR activities related to mergers and acquisitions. 

  • Create and maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee self-service resources. 

 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university. 

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers. 

  • 2+ years of experience in HR services, employee services, relocation support, immigration support, or a related human resources function. 

  • Experience supporting HRIS transactions in a high volume, process driven environment. 

  • Experience working with employee data and maintaining accurate records and documentation. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in HR services, employee services, relocation support, immigration support, or a related human resources function. 

  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms. 

  • Prior exposure to employee relocation or global mobility programs, including coordination with vendors and employee communications. 

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or payroll adjacent processes. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining operational trackers or reports

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. 

 

Base Compensation: $33.00-$39.00 Hourly
