The work:

  • Receive, log, and categorize customer disputes in the system
  • Ensure all required documentation and details are accurately recorded
  • Review disputes to confirm validity (e.g., pricing errors, billing issues, service complaints)
  • Identify root causes and classify dispute types
  • Analyze supporting documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve issues
  • Drive timely resolution in line with SLAs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers regarding dispute status
  • Request missing information and provide updates on progress
  • Monitor open disputes and ensure timely closure
  • Trigger corrections (credit notes, rebilling, adjustments)
  • Propose process improvements to reduce dispute volumes

Here's what you will need:  

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, or Dispute Management processes.
  • Experience with High Radius and SAP systems
  • Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Understanding root cause analysis for disputes.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, billing, logistics).
  • Capability to handle escalations in a structured and calm manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong time management and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
  • Proactive approach to identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
