Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency, manage delivery outcomes, and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams and addressing business area challenges.
- Master proficiency in End-to-End Project Management is required.
- Master proficiency in Business Portfolio Management is recommended.
- Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management, Estimation and Planning, Accenture Project Management Tool, and Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for Program Management is suggested.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Continuously assess project performance and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities in project management.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
