What You Will Do:

  • Plans, monitors, direct and evaluate coding production. Ensures that schedules are met and communicates with VP, and Coding Operations if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines.   If system issues or other emergencies delay coding, implements measures/schedules to return to established coding schedules at the earliest possible time.
  • Identifies operational priorities and other work flow issues; ensures a constant flow of work so that delivery schedules are met.
  • Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow.  Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures and specific criteria for each assigned client.
  • Emphasizes productivity goals and takes action to ensure effective and efficient use of staff is maintained.  Creatively plans for allocation of extra capacity for backlog coding.
  • Oversees performance to ensure that staff is performing within the established quality and production performance criteria.
  • Assists in coordinating scheduled quality meetings with the production staff.
  • Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to US. Ensures client mails are promptly responded to.
  • Maintains technical knowledge of coding.
  • Bring proven ability to oversee and provide support and/or direction on quality issues.
  • Co-Ordinate and follow through on the training plans for adding new trainees onto an account.
  • Guideline updates – Co-ordinate with the QA staff to ensure that the update is understood by the coders.
  • Project Launch - Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the coding process and track the daily progress during the launch period.
  • Shall understand and abide by the organizations’ information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.
  • Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.


What You Will Need:

  • 12+ relevant experience.A flexible mentality to learn a slightly different approach as applied by Revenuemed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly reliable work ethic.
  • A patient demeanor and good leadership quality.
