Citi Enterprise Command Center (Mainframe Operations) provides the first line operations monitoring as well as advance support services that enable Citi's core Mainframe operation infrastructure to operate 24/7/365.
Citi has one if not the largest Mainframe deployment in the world all in support of the core financial functions and services to our global customers.
We provide the critical technical monitoring and oversight foundation for Citi's operations through the infrastructure tools in place to focus on Time to Repair – Time to Resume Service.
We do this by working as one-team to deliver high quality, reliable, striving for excellence in all we do. This modern infrastructure technology in place requires individuals with focus, understanding of the environments, skills and deep knowledge of the Z IBM platform.

The Mainframe Advanced Support role requires the candidate to have a good fit on the support lines ECC Mainframe manages. The candidate must has proven knowledge from support lines (Batch, Infra, Changes) and also had to have exposure to Shift Lead exposure. The expectation for the Intermediate role is to fit in the profile of the Advanced Support line, by having a good solid knowledge on how our operation works from front line support up to the escalations path we internally have, being able to get escalations from the support team (L1) and assuring that service for resolution, from the technical stand point, is followed to keep a high service level for our operation.
Responsible to participate in the team to increase the efficiency of problem resolution techniques understanding of applications and critical business functions, also the skills to interact and maintain etiquette while being part of the technical coordination to find the shortest path to repair-resume. This role is focused on technical side.
