Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing portfolio management support and subject matter expertise to our clients.  

Your main tasks will include driving efficiency in occupancy planning and addressing space-related challenges and issues. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery.  

Monitoring and reporting project status, financial tracking, and staying informed about occupancy metrics, industry trends, and workplace best practices are critical for success in this role.  

Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts by creating compelling client-facing content and presentations. 

Key Skills and Responsibilities: 

• Act as a project manager and lead a team to develop planning strategies in accordance with the client goals and objectives 
• Thinks critically, assesses problems and analyzes information from multiple perspectives 
• Develops logical and innovative strategic and tactical plans at the building, campus, and/or regional level 
• Has an understanding of workplace mobility strategies to maximize clients' real estate potential 
• Has the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data and information and identify patterns, trends, and insights 
• Develops and presents executive level overviews to senior leaders 
• Utilizing technology, including CAFM systems, for occupancy planning and benchmarking 
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate evolving circumstances 
• Able to articulate the pros, cons, benefits and cost implications between multiple scenarios

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and requirements: 

Education & Experience:  

Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 5-7 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment. Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is highly desirable, as well as proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel or similar).  

Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire others are crucial to this role.
