Fit4 E2E Workstream Leader shall manage overall responsibility for the roll-in implementation of specific workstreams (Quality Management) within SAP S/4 HANA, and closely coordinate with resources and delivery teams of multiple local entities in the China Region.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities1、This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come
2、You will steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support within your workstream
3、In addition, you will exchange information with your fellow workstream teams to ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes and report your results to the overall program management
4、You own the alignment of your workstream progress, ensure planning, implementation and improvement measures of your workstream and thus make a significant contribution to the overall project success
5、You will take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by contributing to the Quality Management workstream which considers following processes: Quality Management Planning, Quality Claim
6、Management, Quality Management Inspection and Return Handling.
