In Procurement our colleagues work on obtaining millions of products and services in over 200 categories from thousands of suppliers all over the world. The goal is to create a supply base that works as an extended enterprise, creating value through continuous improvement in quality, technology, and logistics, while optimizing cost and sustainability.

About the Internship:

• Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May or June 2026)
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week)
• We expect availability of at least 20 hours per week
• We’d be happy to continue working together long-term if you enjoy our organization - we offer strong development opportunities!

Your responsibilities: 

• Managing and processing tickets in ServiceNow
• Resolving simple user issues, such as system access problems
• Creating incidents for the technical team (L2)
• Collaborating with other teams, for example the Buyers Team

Requirements: 

• Student in a field related to procurement, logistics, supply chain, ordering, purchasing, or a similar economic background (active student status)
• English at a B2 level
• Analytical skills and logical thinking (connecting the dots)
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
